DO YOU OFFER ACCOMMODATIONS FOR OUR GUESTS?

Between the two hotels, we have 70 rooms, ranging from deluxe beachfront rooms to family rooms that can sleep up to 5 and more simple rooms in the garden for those on a budget.

CAN WE DO A TASTING?

If you can visit Tulum before your wedding, we invite you to pay 50% off room rates.

WHAT IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER?

If there is bad weather, luckily, we have many options at Amansala, including two indoor spaces that can accommodate large groups and be transformed into beautiful party and dining venues.

DO YOU CHARGE A VENUE FEE?

No, we do not; we provide one cost for everything, including set-up, clean-up, staff, flowers, candles, and decor.

WHAT MUSIC DO YOU OFFER?

We can provide you with a playlist, or you can bring your playlist and connect it to our sound system. The other option is hiring a DJ or local band. We can provide you with suggestions that you can select from if requested.

DOES PRICING INCLUDE SET UP, CLEAN UP, CHAIRS, GLASSES, CANDLES, AND DECOR?

We provide seating, tables, chairs, glass, flatware, set-up, clean-up, and benches.

DO I NEED A WEDDING PLANNER IN TULUM, Mexico?

While we can execute a beautiful event, hiring a specialized local wedding planner is recommended to be your go-to person, ensuring you have nothing to worry about and can assist with any details. We have someone who can be dedicated to you and your event, starting from $600 up to $1000, depending on your needs.

CAN WE REQUEST A CERTAIN MENU?

Yes, you can provide us with the wedding menu of your choice, and we will do our best to accommodate our excellent chefs.

WHAT IF YOU WANT TO EXTEND THE PARTY TO LONGER THAN THE ALLOCATED TIME?

You can extend up to 1:00 a.m. for a $25 per person per hour fee, which includes the open bar and stay.

WHAT ABOUT GRATUITY?

15% will be added to your event, and if you would like to leave extra the night of the event, the staff would appreciate it.

WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY?

For cancellations lasting more than 120 days, all but $500 are returned to you. The deposit is not refunded for cancellations made within 120-60 days; there are no refunds for cancellations made less than 60 days.

HOW MUCH DOES A WEDDING COST IN TULUM?

At Amansala in Tulum, the cost of a wedding includes:

  • Ceremony: $1800 USD, which covers the altar, benches for seating, palm-lined path, and speakers for music.

  • Reception: $210 per person, plus 13% tax and 15% gratuity, including wine service, dinner, table settings, an open bar for 3 hours, and a music system for dancing.

Additional costs for extras like appetizers, cocktail hour, mariachi band, and post-wedding brunch may apply.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?

A deposit of $2000 is required to hold the dates. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the event, all but $750 is refunded. There are no refunds for cancellations within 60 days or less unless there is a natural disaster, in which case we would reschedule. If you want something unique that is over and beyond, you may do as you like in our space, but we would work with a coordinator to make your vision a reality. If you would like to visit the property and meet the team, we invite you to stay with us at a discounted rate of 50% of your stay.
