What is Bikini Bootcamp?
BIKINI BOOTCAMP is the first of its kind fitness vacation held on the beautiful, remote beach of Tulum, Mexico at the award winning Amansala eco chic resort. Bikini Boot Camp is more than just exercise. It is a tune up for the mind, body and spirit best described as a yoga retreat combined with a fitness, adventure, weight loss holiday. The program is designed to help guests reconnect to themself and to nature by getting our guests to step out of their normal routine and take time just for themselves. Through a combination of exercise, healthy eating, adventure, relaxing and pampering, guests leave feeling lighter not only in body, but in mind and spirit as well.

Who comes to Bikini Bootcamp?
Guests tend to be accomplished women in their thirties and forties who are attracted to the idea of a healthy holiday on a beautiful beach where they can relax, renew and focus on themselves away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. With this said we have guests of all ages, men and women, and each person brings something special to the session that results in new friendships that last long after the suntan has faded.

Some of our guests are already in a fitness regime, others are looking to kick start one and others just looking for a fun active holiday from which they will return home looking better! The atmosphere is non competitive and we encourage everyone to work at their pace.

Bikini Bootcamp is a perfect place for the solo traveler or to share with a sister, an old friend, mother or partner. We offer special discounts for groups of 6 or more for a reunion, bachelorette party or special event.
